Novitiate "The duration of the Novitiate in our Society is two years. Guided by the Director of Novices and her Assistant, novices give evidence to the seriousness of their intention to live a life totally dedicated to God, spent in undivided love and faithful prayer; they prove their fitness and willingness to serve God through the specific apostolate of our Society." Apostolate Our primary apostolate is to proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom of God in the heart of His people. Supervised teaching experience is incorporated into the time of formation. |

The Clothing The clothing of the novices is similar to the habit of the professed Sisters, but without the Sacred Heart badge. |

Novices Are Incorporated Novices are incorporated as members of our Society when, by temporary vows, they take upon themselves the public observance of Chastity, Poverty and Obedience according to our Constitutions. |
